Software Your Business Can Actually Run On
Mobile apps, web platforms and internal systems for UK companies — quoted in pounds, built in fortnightly sprints you can see, with UK GDPR designed in rather than bolted on.
- Fixed-price scopes, quoted ex VAT
- Your morning covered, every day
- You own the code and the accounts
One Team Across Every Platform You Need

The Spec Was Never the Problem
Most stalled software projects were not badly specified. They were specified at a size nobody could afford to finish, then discovered too late. We work the other way round: agree the smallest version that genuinely earns its keep, put a real build in front of your team every fortnight, and let what people actually do decide what gets built next.
It is a less impressive first meeting. It produces working software considerably more often.
How we run a buildFour Things UK Clients Ask About First
Every one of these is a question we have been asked in a first call, so the answers are on the site rather than behind one.
Your Morning, Covered
We work to Indian Standard Time, which overlaps the UK day from around 9am to early afternoon. Calls sit in that window and you get a written update at the close of every working day.
UK GDPR By Design
What personal data you hold, where it lives, how long you keep it and how a deletion request gets serviced are architecture decisions, settled before code is written.
Priced in Pounds, Ex VAT
Fixed scopes quoted in sterling with VAT shown separately, staged payments against milestones, and a written change process so the number does not drift.
Nothing Held Hostage
Repositories and cloud accounts in your company name from week one. If we part ways you keep the lot, with documentation and credentials handed over.
Whatever the Software Is, It Is the Same Team
Seventeen service lines, from a first mobile app to the internal system quietly running your operations.

Get a Number Before You Speak to Anyone
Choose your platforms, a rough screen count and the features you already know you need. You get an indicative range in sterling and a delivery window in about a minute, with a plain explanation of what pushes the figure up or down.
It is an estimate rather than a quote, and the page is explicit about the difference. It will still tell you whether you are looking at a ten thousand pound project or a sixty thousand pound one, which is usually the thing you actually need to know first.
Three Ways to Engage Us
Most clients start with a fixed scope and move onto a retainer once the thing is live.
Fixed-Price Project
An agreed scope, an agreed figure, and a written change process. Best when you know what needs building.
Learn moreDedicated Team
Named engineers on a monthly basis working to your roadmap. Best when the work keeps evolving.
Learn moreFractional CTO
Architecture calls, supplier oversight and due diligence for founders without a technical co-founder.

Estimate Call
Half an hour on what you are trying to achieve. You get a scope and a sterling range back in writing.
Design & Prototype
Screens and a clickable prototype you sign off before a line of production code is written.
Fortnightly Sprints
A build you can open at the end of every sprint, with a written update at the close of each day.
Launch & Support
Store submission, release checklist, and a support window that does not end the week you go live.

We Would Rather Ship Something Small Than Present Something Large
Plenty of agencies can produce a convincing deck. Fewer will tell you, in the first call, that the thing you described is three times the size your budget supports and here is the version that fits. That conversation is uncomfortable and it is the single most useful thing we do.
- A working build every fortnight, not a status report
- Architecture sized for where you are going, not just where you are
- An honest no when we are the wrong people for the job
Questions We Get Asked First
What does a typical UK project cost?
Most first versions land between roughly £8,000 and £55,000 excluding VAT, depending on the number of platforms, the screen count and whether you need payments, real-time features or an admin area. Our calculator gives you an indicative range in about a minute, and we confirm a real figure after a scoping call.
Are you actually available during UK working hours?
For most of your day, yes. Our team works to Indian Standard Time, which overlaps the UK working day from around 9am until early afternoon UK time. Calls are booked inside that window, you get a written update at the end of every working day, and anything you raise gets a reply within one business day. We are honest about the gap: if you send something at 4pm UK time, you will hear back the following morning.
How do you handle UK GDPR and where does our data live?
We design data flows around UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 from the first architecture conversation rather than retrofitting them. That means deciding early what personal data you genuinely need, where it is stored, how long you keep it, and how a subject access or deletion request will actually be serviced. Where you need UK or EU data residency we build on regions that provide it, and we will sign a data processing agreement.
Who owns the code, the repositories and the accounts?
You do. Repositories, cloud accounts and store listings are set up in your company name from the first week, and intellectual property transfers to you on final payment. If we stop working together you keep everything and we hand over credentials and documentation. Nothing is held back as leverage.
Do you take over projects another agency started?
Regularly. We begin with a fixed-price code audit and give you a straight answer on whether the existing codebase is worth continuing with or whether a rebuild genuinely costs less over the next year. You get that written assessment whether or not you go on to hire us.
Tell Us What You Need Built
Send over the idea, the half-finished project, or the spreadsheet everyone is fed up with. You get a scope and a sterling range back within two working days.
